My wife and I went on Labor Day with our son. This was probably the dirtiest and grossest experience ive ever had. The escalators dont work, half the stores were anime or not stores to shop in. It was a hot day and the AC in the mall wasnt much colder than outside and the humidity level indoors wasnt great. This was my first and last time going. We will not be coming back.

Had the worst experience ever and I didn't even go into the mall. The security made me feel ugly and insecure. If I wasn't mad I probably would have cried. I was in front of Macy's using the wifi waiting for my mom but it was hot so I unbuttoned my shirt so I was showing a Lil bit of stomach my pecks still covered and a security tell me that it's policy that no one can show stomach or to much skin to button it up or I had to leave because it's disrespectful towards children. But I took it as just because I'm a fat and ugly guy I should button up. I felt ashamed of my body. Especially since I said there plenty of females showing more skin then was. I seen some lady wearing short shorts with half her ass sticking out . Another just basically wearing a bra as a top . Another wearing sew through pants u could clearly see her underwear ect. But that's OK for children to be see woman basically naked. So that was there excuse. Does that seem fair or right. I had barley started feeling comfortable in my own skin just for these ppl at the mall to remind me my body doesn't look good and people don't want to see it . Visited here yesterday after atleast 12 years after. Lots of good stores the food court was nice. Lots of security and there's some really fun indoor play areas, an arcade etc. Lots of parking. Overall - good experience. I will go back, absolutely.

This was the place to go back in the days for shopping, foods, games, and movies since it location is right near everything, museum, discover cubes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, freeways. Inside it's big bad have a handful of well known departments plus great foods courts out plenty varieties of choices. Service is mostly great but there are days that it was underperforming. As for value, it's depending on what you're looking for and where you shop. Overall, it is reasonable in value plus a great way for family outing and dining on budget. Great decorations during holidays too.

Every store I went into had great customer service. I came so I could purchase cosmetics from the MAC store. That was a treat. Like always! I got 20% off my purchase and three free gifts. The Easter bunny is there and photo ready. I went to the Shoe Palace as well. I didn’t purchase anything but they have nice selection of sneakers.
